We offer several speeds of service for domestic shipments. Orders with Free Shipping will be sent using one of the services below at our discretion.
Domestic Shipping Options
Some of our products offer Free Shipping. Free Shipping is available on domestic orders only, and we use the most economical shipping method possible.
Our most affordable shipping solution, offered for qualifying single-item orders.
The majority of our packages ship using Standard service. To keep costs reasonable and service reliable, we use a variety of carriers.
We use this service for literature orders offered with Free Shipping.
Tracking & Delivery Notifications
After your order is placed, it is moved to our shipping platform for packing and shipping. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with the shipment date and a link to tracking information when tracking is available.
Economy Mail shipments do not include tracking information.
You will receive a second delivery confirmation email when your tracked package is delivered. Economy packages do not receive a delivery confirmation email.
*Transit speeds listed above are estimates for domestic service in the continental United States. Additional time may be required for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
What If There Is a Shipping Problem?
We work hard to avoid shipping problems, but occasionally shipments get lost or arrive damaged.
Missing or Lost Package
If you believe your package may be lost, please wait the appropriate number of business days shown above before contacting us. Include your name and order number so we can quickly identify your order.
Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged packaging before you open it.
Marked Delivered, Not Received
Contact your local Post Office, UPS Hub, or delivering carrier, provide the tracking information, and ask them to help locate the package.
International Shipping
We enjoy shipping to our international friends. We use a number of shipping services to provide the most cost-effective and reliable experience. Available services vary based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.
International shipment speeds are often determined by customs processing in the destination country.
Customs Fees & Duties
Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated by customs officials in the recipient's country. Please familiarize yourself with your location's fees before ordering.
Packages may be marked as abandoned by the carrier if these fees are not paid. We do not offer refunds for packages abandoned because customs fees or duties were not paid.
